Research

There are plentiful amounts of research on women in technology and lack thereof. Most talk about recruiting efforts and how to increase the presence of women in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) fields. What is curious though is of the women who are already present in these fields, many do not participate and those that do often do not participate to the same extent of their male counterparts.
